The Village Idiot
Meet Dean the owner of The Village Idiot on Melrose. He was kind enough to let us use his space for a casting call + brunch. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, amazing food.
I recommend the pan roasted maitake mushrooms, creme fraiche, grilled ciabatta also the chorizo stuffed bacon wrapped dates, roasted pepper tomato sauce is excellent.
The sandwiches are delicious - try the pub burger or the smoked pork roast.

Ka Ga Ya
If you thought your Shabu-Shabu Restaurant was the best, well think again. Located in Little Tokyo Los Angeles, this secret little spot gets the Connect Dots Daily Excellence Award for best Shabu Restaurant in the Universe. Don't believe me? I dare you to take the challenge. Ka Ga Ya is the truth.

bloody bastards
If you are ever in the City of Roses and crave for some British food + pub, check out Brits. The Fish & Chips is on point. Highlights: low-key, price is reasonable, very chill vibe, beers on tap, Manchester soccer is usually on the tube.

bring the restaurant to you
I guess when you're a VIP guest in Las Vegas, you can make anything happen. Wes (Meat & Potatoes Co.), Conrad & Ben (Greyone Arsenal) and friends turned this hotel suite at the WYNN into a 4 star restaurant within minutes. Rollin' in 3 carts filled with food and drinks at 5am in the morning while being served by 2 waiters, I think this is service at its best. - ZAGAT where were you when we needed the ratings?

I'm down for Brown

One of my favorite spots in the LES. This is the place to be with good company or if you're just rollin' dolo.
Check out Brown
