Max's Restaurant has been around since 1945.  They specialize in Chicken but if you are a real food lover you'll have to try the other stuff on the menu.

One of my favorite soups of all time - Sinigang. A Filipino tamarind based soup that can be prepared with pork, beef, milk fish or shrimp.
